Refund and Returns Policy

At Rowan Chic, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because we provide creative design services and customized digital products, please review our refund policy carefully.

Design Services

Due to the customized nature of our work, refunds are generally not available once design work has commenced or completed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Payment was made in error.
• Rowan Chic is unable to deliver the agreed service.
• The project has not yet started.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Project Revisions

Most design packages include revisions as agreed before the project begins. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund. If work has already started, a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed.
