  • Please make sure that the required measurements are accurate before confirming the order, as only the first measurements submitted will be approved and used.
  • Rawan Chic is not responsible for any measurement or color mistakes after the order has been confirmed, or if different measurements are sent later.
  • Measurements or order details cannot be modified after the order has been confirmed.
  • The estimated delivery time is approximately one and a half months. This period may increase or decrease slightly depending on shipping conditions.
  • Returns or refunds are not available after receiving the product.

Completed custom designs remain subject to the agreed licensing or ownership terms between Rawan Chic and the client.
