Because we provide creative design services and customized digital products, please review our refund policy carefully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-ee77924b\">Design Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-5695e12c\">Due to the customized nature of our work, refunds are generally <strong>not available<\/strong> once design work has commenced or completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-52f88ffa\">Refund Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-9b0e525b\">Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment was made in error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rowan Chic is unable to deliver the agreed service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The project has not yet started.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-3eba8ade\">Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within <strong>7\u201314 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-1e859aab\">Project Revisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-69a9c1a1\">Most design packages include revisions as agreed before the project begins. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-bad8fbde\">Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-180d51ba\">Clients may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund.
